At MySkinBag, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.
Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible
Clear return conditions help build trust and reduce confusion in e-commerce purchases
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare/haircare products
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Gift cards or promotional items
Return Process
- Email us at support@myskinbag.com with your order details
- Share reason for return with product images (if damaged/defective)
- Our team will review and approve your request
- Ship the product as per instructions provided
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos as proof
- We will offer replacement or full refund (including shipping)
Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer
- If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover shipping costs
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
- Once shipped, cancellation is not applicable
