Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required
  • Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

  2. Share reason for return with product images (if damaged/defective)
  3. Our team will review and approve your request
  4. Ship the product as per instructions provided

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos as proof
  • We will offer replacement or full refund (including shipping)

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover shipping costs

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not applicable
